The guest house is in a great location, close to everything. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. Llandudno has a lot of dining options and friendly people.

The guest house is located in a prime spot, situated between two beautiful beaches and right by the town, making it perfect for exploring and enjoying the local nightlife. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms are spotless, providing a relaxing environment. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

The stairs in the guest house are quite narrow and steep, which may pose difficulties for some guests with carrying luggage.

The stay was enjoyable with comfortable and well-kept rooms with crisp white bedsheets and ensuite. The staff were attentive and welcoming. The highlight was the enormous and superb breakfast, offering a full range of options to start the day. its central location and easy access to the town and nearby beaches added to the overall experience.

The location of this guesthouse is absolutely fantastic! It's just off the seafront, so you can take leisurely walks along the beach whenever you want. Plus, there's free parking available on the street, which is a big plus. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, so you won't be short of options for a night out. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities and a lovely bathroom. The service was impeccable, with warm and friendly hosts who made me feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to choose from.

That the toilet seat in my room was cracked, but the staff were quick to address the issue.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was superb - just a short walk from the city center, the beach, and the railway station. It was so convenient for us as holidaymakers. The room we stayed in was number 6 and surprisingly spacious for our week-long stay. I especially loved the comfortable chair in the corner of the room. Another great aspect was the lovely living room with a bar and large TV screen, where we could relax and enjoy our evening. Additionally, the breakfast was famous among other guests, consisting of locally sourced food cooked to our liking - a perfect way to start the day. I will definitely be coming back in the spring.
