heating not working

As women traveling alone, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The staff were friendly and the view from the bar was amazing. Parking was convenient and there were no sound issues. The location next to the castle and cliffs was stunning.

Felt like they were family, nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic weekend away at a hotel in Scarborough. The location was perfect, with both bays within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and entertainment close by. Our room was clean and cozy, and we were lucky to have a beautiful view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. it was a great experience.

The bathroom could use some updating.

One thing off, breakfast man shouted for no reason.

Stunning sea views from most rooms, overlooking both the North and South bays. Friendly and helpful staff who were always cheerful and attentive. - Good entertainment nights that provided enjoyable evenings.

Some guests complained of cold rooms in the North bay, though my room was warm enough. The restaurant was chilly and the quality of the food was subpar.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and happy to assist with any requests. The rooms were comfortable and had a lovely view of the bay. The ensuite bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast with its wide variety of options, and the food was always served hot. The location of the hotel, high above the bay, provided breathtaking views. great value for money!

Great location, missed opportunity with views. Small car park in front of bar windows could be a lovely sitting area. Polish cleaner was pleasant and hardworking. Staff polite and friendly. Good breakfast with plenty of choice.

The hotel was outdated and badly in need of renovation. I would not recommend this hotel.
