Always returning for the trip. Staff found my lost car keys on first visit. Everything I need here: Luggage storage, Restaurant, Fitness centre, Free airport shuttle. Love the 24-hour reception, Jacuzzi, Board games, Flat-screen TV, & non-smoking rooms. Perfect for me.

This hotel has a prime location with a vibrant neighborhood full of a variety of food options and a stunning view of the skyline from some rooms. The beds are comfortable, the staff is hospitable, and the rooms are clean with modern bathrooms. There is strong AC for hot days and strong water pressure for showers. Guests also have the option of valet parking for a reasonable price.

The elevators can be confusing and need better explanation.

The view from the rooftop was wonderful and the self and valet parking were very convenient. the shopping and restaurants located in the same building as the hotel were a great plus. the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The lack of complimentary water in the room was very inconvenient, and the lights in the room were difficult to figure out.
