The location was fantastic, being within a short walk to the O2 arena. the free parking provided was a great bonus. the breakfast included was enjoyable, especially the full English option.

The service was poor, with staff being overwhelmed and unable to handle the crowd. the room was also uncomfortably hot, with inadequate ventilation or air conditioning.

We decided to stay at a hotel on the southeast side of the city, in a build-up area less than a 10-minute walk from the O2. The inn was situated on what seemed like a little cruise ship, adding to its unique charm. The room we stayed in was small but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the staff provided great service throughout our stay. The breakfast in the morning was lovely, with a good variety of options to choose from.

One downside was that the heating in the room was difficult to figure out, and we couldn't get it to warm up properly.

They even went above and beyond by accommodating our early arrival and fulfilling our request for a hand-drawn picture of a dog on a skateboard in our room. The room itself was quaint and charming, perfect for our one-night stay. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Eggs Royale. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.
