I recently stayed at the Post House for a couple of nights and it was a wonderful experience. The owner, a lovely lady, made us feel so welcome and paid great attention to detail. The room was immaculate and had all the little extras that made our stay comfortable. The shower was amazing too! Breakfast was fantastic with a delicious selection including fresh smoked haddock and poached eggs. The private gated parking was a bonus for us with our classic cars. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The room was immaculate and secure, with all the necessary amenities like heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast they served was absolutely delicious, with a great continental spread to choose from. this place is really setting a high standard for other hotels to follow.

We had a really lovely romantic escape in this hotel. the location was great as we were in walking distance of lots of restaurants and pubs. the breakfast was really tasty and had a great variety to choose from. the room was immaculate and they provided us with complimentary water, chocolates, and toiletries which was a nice touch. We also liked that there was a lot of parking spaces available for the guests.

Misleading description of the location, which claimed to be in the middle of the forest but was actually in the center of town. Inconvenience caused by the lack of credit card facilities, which led to a long walk to find an ATM that accepted non-UK bank cards and the need to arrange a bank transfer for payment.
