We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a charming small town. The location was perfect, right down the main street past the Town Hall, within walking distance of all the shops. We also took a short drive to their beautiful beach and to the famous Glenmorangie Distillery. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was modern with a great shower. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We even enjoyed the views of the town from our window.

The noise from the nearby night club, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

The hotel’s location was very convenient for us to visit sights nearby and the staff was quite helpful. The room was really clean and it had an iron and ironing board along with good Wi-Fi. the hotel’s bar was really nice and cosy, which provided an excellent suggestion to enjoy the night in the hotel while enjoying a few drinks.

The food served at the restaurant was not really great and bland compared to its prices. , the room we stayed in was too brightly illuminated at night because of the streetlights, and the mattress was not really on the comfortable side.

This hotel is located right in the town centre, making it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and attentive, even helping with our bags when we arrived. The rooms had a great view down the High St and were equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of options, and the well-kept beer was a nice touch.

One minor aspect could be improved, but overall, everything was satisfactory.

We stayed at The Royal Hotel for 3 nights and were pleasantly surprised by its charm and hospitality. The staff were exceptional, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We were even upgraded to a larger room free of charge, which was a nice touch. The hotel's decor and attention to detail added to its overall appeal. The breakfast selection was delicious and had something for everyone. The hotel is conveniently located and offers ample parking. We also discovered that the owner prepares a fantastic curry, which we will definitely come back for! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Additionally, there are plenty of good food options and supermarkets nearby, ensuring easy access to meals and supplies. Despite being located down the high street, the hotel is not noisy, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a great choice of food, and the rooms provide comfortable accommodation, with some even offering a pleasant view.

There were a couple of issues with the furnishings in the rooms, as some guests mentioned that they appeared tired and in need of refurbishment.

Recently stayed at Royal Hotel and was impressed by the friendly staff and their attention to detail. The bar had an amazing selection of whiskies and the breakfast was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfast and the cozy atmosphere of the bar. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
