I stayed at Canary Riverside Plaza Hotel for a concert at the O2. The receptionist recommended taking the boat, which was convenient as the stop is right next to the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, with great amenities and a stunning view of the Thames. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hotel.

As those taking off early, we loved the prompt response to our requests and the attentive and polite staff. The location was fantastic, overlooking the river Thames and next to the Uber water taxi. The hotel was also close to great restaurants and had a quiet atmosphere. The room on the top floor had a beautiful view of London, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The location was also perfect for exploring the shops and cafes in this area. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpful staff were the best aspects of my stay.

The value for money was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location in Canary Wharf was great, with easy access to Central London via the River Thames boat services. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Our stay at Canary Riverside Plaza was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They surprised us with Prosecco, cake, and fruit in our rooms to celebrate my mum's 80th birthday. The views overlooking the Thames were breathtaking, and we loved sitting on the window seat, sipping bubbles. The location was also convenient for exploring East London. The service and facilities were top-notch, and the staff, especially Shaheen and Veronica, were courteous and professional. They even helped me recover a pair of gloves I dropped in the hallway and made sure I didn't leave without my chocolate in the fridge. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing service and fantastic staff.

During my visit over Christmas, I really liked the quiet and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Thames waterfront and fast ferry services.

One disappointing aspect was the breakfast menu, which lacked variety and enticing food choices, especially the buffet. Another downside was the lack of Wi-Fi in the restaurant, which needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

We stayed at a hotel located in the heart of Canary Wharf and it was fantastic. The hotel was just a short walk away from the tube and DLR lines, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the river and city skyline. The bathroom was well-appointed and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and made use of the attached Virgin Active gym and indoor swimming pool. it was a wonderful stay with plenty of amenities to enjoy.

That the bar closed early at 9pm, which was a bit surprising and disappointing.

The staff were incredibly helpful and even prepared a special bed and bowls for my pet chihuahua. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with fresh towels and bathrobes provided each day. Our room had a fantastic view of the Thames and The Shard. The location was perfect for us, and we also enjoyed access to the nearby Virgin Active gym and swimming pool. highly recommended.

The room was super clean and comfortable, with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a pool and jacuzzi available at the Virgin Gyms across the street. The location by the river was perfect for what we wanted to enjoy, with easy access to transportation, including the Canary Wharf tube station which is about 10-12 minutes from Westminster station. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
