This hotel is in a great location in a quiet area, close to shops and restaurants. The staff here provide excellent service throughout, making you feel very welcome. The rooms are well-presented and clean, with all the amenities you need such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The buffet breakfast is of high quality and there is a bar/lounge area where you can relax and enjoy a drink. The leisure facilities including the spa and swimming pool are fantastic, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The hotel had great facilities and was very clean. It was located close to the beautiful beach and luxury yacht marina. We enjoyed the convenience of having village shops, restaurants, pharmacy, and banks nearby. The buffet breakfast had a fabulous selection and the staff were very helpful. We also loved the spa, which was amazing and a perfect way to relax. The hotel was in a quiet area but still within a 10-minute walk to the marina and had easy access to transportation, with a bus stop just 5 minutes away.

During our city break, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the access to the hotel spa. the hotel also had a great location, close to the village and the port. the view from our room was amazing and we were able to easily explore the surroundings.

We had some issues with the sunbeds at the pool. Many guests reserved sunbeds early in the morning and then left them unused for hours.

Lovely pool area with plenty of comfortable beds. The spa was relaxing and the breakfast was fantastic. Short walk to a supermarket and a beautiful beach. Porta Portals market with live music was a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the location in the quaint and charming area of Portals Nous. Fantastic pool and clean rooms with balconies facing the pool. The hotel's breakfast was top-notch, with fresh omelette's and pancakes made right in front of you. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and yachts. Enjoyed the relaxing spa.
