Had an amazing experience during our Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The hotel provided great facilities, including a TV, towels, soaps. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the Pleasure Beach and the beautiful seafront. We also loved the homely feel of the hotel.

There were a few issues during our stay. We had booked a room with two beds, but were given a room with only one bed.
