Great location near campus with nice decor, comfy beds, and clean rooms. Enjoyed the historic aspect of the main hotel and had tasty drinks and appetizers in the bar. The pool was a welcome amenity with bar service available poolside. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Loved the carafe of water by the bed each night and the friendliness of the hotel staff. The food in the restaurant and bar was excellent.

Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

We had a delightful stay at Ella. The main building was absolutely stunning, and though our room was in a separate building, the charm and elegance continued. The staff were personable and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The room itself, while small, was comfortable and clean. We did encounter a small issue with the room being too bright at night, but the staff promptly addressed it and made sure we were comfortable. The location was convenient, with plenty of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay in Austin.

Another great aspect was the amazing restaurant called Night Cap in West ATX, which was just a short distance away. The service here was top-notch, from the attentive room service to the friendly and helpful staff. The room amenities were impressive, with everything from an in-room safe to a mini-bar and a terrace with garden furniture. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, as well as the option for in-room breakfast. the service, location, and room amenities made this place a wonderful stay.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. They also offered a complimentary upgrade to our room which was greatly appreciated. the location was ideal, as we were able to walk to most places and only required a short rideshare for activities farther away. the highlight of our stay was the delicious food, an advantage that was not expected.

There were some aspects that didn't meet our expectations. One of the cons was that the room was on the small side, making it difficult to navigate with our luggage.

The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to unwind, with sun loungers and garden facilities available. The staff at the 24-hour reception were very helpful and welcoming, even greeting me with a welcome drink upon arrival.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning Greek Revival style of the hotel, which had a trendy and masculine vibe. The lobby/parlor bar was beautifully decorated with funky B&W photos, and the antique gun on the wall added a unique touch. Our room in the extension was lovely, with the comfiest bed we've ever slept in. The pool area was small but cute, especially with the green wall and strung lights at night. The free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
