I got great value for my money with a fabulously designed room and a spectacular view of the clock tower. The staff were always helpful and thoughtful, and the location was perfect with easy access to public transportation and good restaurants and pubs.

The morning meal could be improved with better options.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right across from a major train station. the customer service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. They even left a sweet note and cookies for our anniversary. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were of high quality. the hotel also provided cozy dressing gowns. the wifi service was reliable, which was essential for my business trip.

The room was a bit on the small side, especially considering the price. I also expected a bit more from a 5-star hotel.

Service is impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to offer assistance. the restaurant is outstanding, offering special diet menus and in, room breakfast, as well as a lounge and snack bar. the garden area is perfect for relaxing with a drink or enjoying a quiet meal. the location is spot, on, within walking distance of everything.

My only minor issue was the noise level in some areas, particularly in the night club and during live entertainment.

While our overall experience was positive, we did notice a slight unpleasant odor in the bathroom initially. the beds were quite soft and may not be suitable for those who prefer a firmer mattress.

I loved the panoramic lift at The Standard, it was such a unique and memorable experience. The red color added a fun touch to the whole aesthetic. The attention to detail in the decor throughout the hotel was impressive, especially in the lounge bar. The colors were perfectly chosen and created a great ambiance. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, I was in awe.

Our family had a fantastic stay in a cool, well-designed hotel close to public transport and local restaurant options. The location was ideal for exploring the city centre and Camden, with the Underground station just a short walk away. The spacious room with comfortable beds and great attention to detail, from the sugar containers to the bathroom amenities, made our stay special. The helpful staff made check-in a breeze and breakfast delicious.

Although the hotel had a great party atmosphere for younger crowds, the music was too loud for some older guests.

I absolutely loved the design and quality of this hotel. The iconic shape of the windows in my room provided beautiful natural light and the corner seating area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The library lounge area was a great spot for a business breakfast meeting, with comfortable seating and enough space for privacy. The rooftop views were breathtaking and the Sweeties cocktail bar offered excellent and friendly service. The blackout curtains and comfy bed ensured a restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.
