We had a great time during our stay here. The location was perfect for us, right in the center of town. The service was exceptional, with room service and laundry available. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area with a dining table. The staff took extra efforts to make us feel at home, which was much appreciated.

The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the lobby were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable. Family-friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Mammoth Lakes. The breakfast was delicious and the staff, especially the manager, Maria Luisa, were incredibly friendly and hardworking. The room was clean and practical.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic - it was right in the center of the town, close to all the shops, restaurants, and even the ski center. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. Secondly, the staff were excellent. The receptionist, Alicia, went out of her way to accommodate our request for an early check-in. She was incredibly sweet and helpful throughout our stay. Thirdly, the rooms were comfortable and had some great features. The beds were cozy and made for a good night's sleep. The rain shower in the bathroom was a wonderful addition and provided a refreshing start to our mornings. Lastly, we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offered. The made-to-order eggs were a definite plus and added a personal touch to our meal.

We had a great stay at Empeiria High Sierra! The location was more convenient than the condos we usually stay in, and the newly renovated lobby and rooms had beautiful decor. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was great, with nice cosmetic products provided. Parking was convenient, and having an elevator was a plus. Despite not having a view, the hotel is near lots of restaurants and coffee shops, making it easy to walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the made-to-order breakfast, including eggs and pancakes, was a nice touch. The hot tub was also a great amenity. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again!

Our group of friends visited a hotel in the mountain resort region, which had construction blocking the entrance. Throughout the day, the restaurant attached to the side provided vouchers for fresh breakfast. Despite being new to California, the location was very central for quick access to shops. Our room had modern touches and easy access to the parking lot, plus there was an indoor pool for our entertainment.

The front desk staff had problems providing a pleasant customer experience.
