The value for money at Swan Inn was exceptional, with a large and nicely decorated room. The location was superb, right next to a picturesque village green with plenty of outdoor seating. The staff treated us with a warm welcome and our dog felt right at home.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a more homemade-tasting burger, as the one we had was lacklustre with a dry bun. The room was slightly noisy due to its proximity to a staff door and some machinery, but the windows were too hot to keep closed.

We had such a wonderful stay at this place! The staff were incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, like ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The dining restaurant was absolutely top-notch, with delicious meals that left us feeling satisfied. The bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast provided was superb, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's tastes. And can I just say, the staff here really know the meaning of hospitality - they were friendly, helpful, and truly made us feel welcome. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the stunning location and the ease of access to a nearby showground - making our trip stress-free. the breakfast offered was absolutely sublime and the warm welcome from staff made us feel at home.

Our stay was marred by unclean toilets and rude staff. the dismissive attitude of the staff didn't make matters any better either.

The hotel had a beautiful and romantic ambiance, perfect for a special meal. the interior was boutique style with comfy chairs and pretty swan wallpaper. the staff were friendly and the food was delicious, with excellent presentation. I especially enjoyed the fact that they offered a starter as a main, which was more than enough, and the dessert was just the cherry on top. it was a very enjoyable evening out.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the twin room we accidentally booked had a very squeaky bed, which made it hard to sleep in.

The Sunday lunch at The Swan was a delightful experience. The pub/restaurant had a lovely decor and was impeccably clean. The bar and waiting staff were friendly and attentive. We both ordered the Beef from the Sunday lunch menu and it was perfectly cooked, not fatty at all. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the gravy was delicious. And let's not forget the huge Yorkshire pudding that accompanied the meal. We also indulged in the trio of ice cream for dessert, which was simply delightful. Our overall visit to The Swan was thoroughly enjoyable and we savored every moment. The breakfast options served from 0800 till 10 am were also worth mentioning.

The parking area had some old pallets and damaged leather sofa and chairs placed next to my car, posing a hazard with nails and broken wood sticking out. It would be beneficial for the management to dispose of these items and create more parking space, as it was a remote country location.
