The location near the quayside in Newcastle is fantastic. The staff is lovely and helpful, from the front desk team to the cleaners. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with powerful showers. The hotel has a late bar club downstairs with amazing cocktails. The view of the Tyne Bridge and quayside is stunning. a great experience for a family with kids.

Had a great business trip and the stay was lovely. Location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants. The complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast were a great added bonus. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed.

The noise level in the hallway was a bit high, but it didn't bother me too much. The parking situation was a bit difficult, but luckily I found a spot nearby.

The room size was fantastic, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The hotel's location was also great, being close to all the main attractions and within walking distance of the city center. The reception area was a lovely spot to unwind, and the cocktail bar on the lower floor was a definite highlight. The staff were also very helpful, with one gentleman even parking our car and keeping our keys safe until we checked out.

Our room on the 7th floor turned out to be directly above a nightclub, which meant we had to endure loud music and street noise until the early hours of the morning. It was quite a disturbance and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had always wanted to experience a last-minute getaway, and my stay at Vermont exceeded all expectations. The room on the 7th floor was surprisingly quiet, with excellent soundproofing near the railway bridge. The concierge went above and beyond, offering to park our car. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore on foot. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to important areas in the city. The room I stayed in was clean and beautifully decorated. the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay.

I paid extra for a room with a river view, but the view I got was very limited and not what I was expecting. there was an additional charge of £25 for breakages and use of the mini-bar, which I was not aware of beforehand.
