I recently stayed at The Watermill Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection By Best Western for a few nights while visiting Harry Potter World. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right beside the River and grand union canal. I enjoyed taking walks along the canal, which was just a short distance from the hotel. The hotel itself had a lovely decking area and grounds at the rear, as well as a sunny conservatory at the front. The rooms were tastefully furnished and very comfortable. I also appreciated the good amount of space in the room. The staff were incredibly helpful and well-trained, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Free on-site parking and good WiFi were additional bonuses. There were also several dining options available, including food at the hotel, as well as two pubs conveniently located opposite the hotel and another 10-minute walk away by the canal. The evening meal exceeded my expectations, with a great selection of food and wines at a fraction of the price of the main town.

During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the cleanliness and the hotel facilities. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to both the train station and some nice pubs and places to eat. The beautiful setting, with the nearby canal, offered great opportunities for walks and exploration. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The breakfast served was delicious, with a variety of options ranging from cereal and yogurt to a full English, all served buffet style.

Additionally, the staff are friendly and the basic amenities are provided. The rooms have a unique charm with their interior brickwork and balconies, although they could benefit from some modern updates. The breakfast served at this hotel is absolutely amazing.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel! the staff at Best Western in Hemel Hempstead were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. Despite the room being a bit small for two people with big luggages, it was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was good and there was plenty of greenery surrounding the hotel, perfect for a morning walk. Plus, there was an awesome pub right across the street.

The room was well appointed and comfortable, and we appreciated the facilities for making tea and coffee. The location was convenient, with transportation options nearby, including a tube station just 5 minutes away. we were very satisfied with our stay.

We had a great stay at Best Western in Hemel Hempstead. the breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of hot and cold food options. They even accommodated my husband's dietary needs without any hassle. the hotel's location was convenient, especially for a family celebration. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying a drink while watching the local geese and ducks on the water. Plus, there were plenty of parking spaces available.
