During our recent stay at Arima Gyoen, we were delighted by the spacious and beautifully designed Japanese-style rooms. The futon bedding and tatami flooring provided an authentic experience that truly immersed us in the traditional culture. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated between the bus stop from Umeda and Arima onsen station. We loved the breathtaking view of the city from our room and found the in-house onsen to be clean and rejuvenating. Additionally, the kaiseki meal we had for dinner was undoubtedly the best we've ever had. we highly recommend Arima Gyoen for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

It is conveniently located near the bus station, allowing easy access to explore the attractions in Arima. The rooms are spacious and enjoyable, with some offering stunning views of the Arima River. The service from the staff is excellent, with attentive and enthusiastic staff members. The breakfast provided is delicious and served in a private banquet room. Guests can also indulge in the Japanese Shiatsu massage, which is highly recommended for a rejuvenating experience.

Non-smokers might be bothered by the hotel allowing smoking in public areas.

Spent a lovely weekend in a convenient onsen hotel with my family. the staff were highly attentive and courteous, showing genuine interest in getting to know us. the spacious rooms had traditional features and were well-equipped with bathroom kits and yukata for the onsen. the in-room dining option for dinner and breakfast was a highlight and included delicious Kobe beef. the location was perfect with great value for money.

The noise from the footsteps in the public hot spring bath, which disturbed my sleep. the onsen had limited options, with only three pools in total, which may be disappointing to onsen lovers.
