I encountered several issues during my stay. The door to the bathroom would not close properly unless propped shut with a cushion, which compromised our privacy. Additionally, the iron provided for my clothes was faulty, forcing me to walk down four flights to the reception twice for a replacement. While I appreciated the breakfast hamper concept, it lacked variety, and some options were simply not appealing.
