The location of Todd Crag View was incredibly convenient, and the views from the balcony and sun room were breathtaking. Despite only being able to enjoy the balcony once due to the weather, I can imagine it would be absolutely lovely in better conditions. the kitchen was fully equipped, and the thoughtful touches of providing tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits were much appreciated. having tea towels and washing up liquid provided was very handy. the clever use of space with the fold out table was a nice touch as well.

Todd Crag View provided an excellent location with breathtaking views and a balcony to enjoy them from. The cottage was cozy and equipped with thoughtful touches, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The conservatory and clothes airer were particularly helpful. With a short walk to town and its charming shops and eateries, we found everything we needed nearby. The beds were comfortable, and the cottage was conveniently set up on one floor, except for a few steps to the bedrooms.

Like other guests, we did notice a slight smell of damp in the bedrooms, but it didn't greatly affect our stay. Additionally, the parking area was a bit tight, but with some practice, we managed just fine.

Amazing views from the balcony and sun room overlooking Todd Crag and Loughrigg. The kitchen was well-equipped and the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, biscuits, and washing-up essentials made it feel like a home away from home. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main street of Ambleside, and the accommodation was quiet and comfortable.

Menu for breakfast could be more varied.

Super views from the lounge and kitchen. A treat to stay here. Just a short walk to the main street shops, but very quiet. Beds were very comfortable.

The heating didn’t come on by itself even when temperature went done to 15 however the extra hour button did switch it on. Couldn’t use the wok on the cooker as it wobbled about too much not sure it is suitable for a gas hob.
