Bespoke Hotel provided exceptional service, with friendly staff willing to go above and beyond. My room was clean, spacious, and had a cozy sitting area. the on-site restaurant offered excellent food and service. the hotel's location in Tulloch made it a great base for exploring nearby attractions like Inverness and Culloden Battlefield. the ghost tour was also a must-see, providing entertaining stories.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant and were offered complementary drinks. the hotel was located in a quiet area with easy access to the town center. the only downside was the poor state of the rooms.

The rooms were old, dusty and not as advertised. the photographs online were very misleading.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a light sleeper. Rooms were immaculately clean. Warm welcome and attentive staff.

The clean and warm room had a fantastic private balcony with stunning views. The bed was huge and comfy, ensuring a top-class night away. it was a truly unique and enjoyable stay.
