The second room was better equipped, and the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city. Craig, the staff member who assisted us, was incredibly helpful and sympathetic to our situation. He went above and beyond, helping us switch rooms and showing genuine kindness.

The location was convenient, close to commercial buildings and within easy reach of the coast or the city of Newcastle. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. it was a perfect place to relax and unwind after a stressful week.

The rooms at Village Hotel were incredibly spacious and the beds were so comfortable. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool and spa area, which were clean and well-maintained. The food at the bar was delicious and we were happy with our dining experience. Before our trip, we reached out to the hotel with some transportation questions and received a quick and accurate response. I had a great stay at Village Hotel and would definitely recommend it to others.

One small area for improvement would be the room temperature. It was a bit too warm for my liking, but luckily the hotel provided fans to help cool things down.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and were pleasantly surprised by the location as it was close to all the popular tourist spots and public transport. The staff was warm and helpful, and the room was well-maintained with modern furnishings which made our stay comfortable. We also appreciated the Christmas decorations in the lobby which added to the festive cheer.

Although the room was well-maintained, the bedding provided was uncomfortable, and we had trouble sleeping. the noise levels in the common areas were high, which made it challenging to relax.
