The W14 Kensington was definitely worth the money. The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed, TV, and a reliable internet connection. The location was great, with two nearby tube stations and all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a super shower. the staff were pleasant and polite, providing us with endless little pots of milk for our tea. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds and the availability of a hairdryer and tea making facilities in the room.

There were quite a few narrow steps leading up to the bedrooms, which was a bit challenging when carrying big suitcases.

The flashing Christmas lights outside the room window were slightly annoying throughout the night.
