We had a great experience at Radisson with their accommodating staff allowing us to check-in early. The comfortable beds, clean rooms, and excellent location made our trip to London all the more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel! It's conveniently located just behind a tube station and within walking distance to all the famous sights London has to offer. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us water after a hot day of travelling. The service was excellent, with 24-hour amenities like room service and dry cleaning available. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we could need, including free toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, and a bathtub. The restaurant had a great buffet breakfast and the bar area was lovely to relax in.

The only negative thing we can say is that the staff were sometimes too busy, but they still managed to accommodate us. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in a great location.

The modern and fresh interior of the hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the seating area and table. The bed was also very comfortable, and there was ample lighting in the room. The breakfast had a lot of choice and the food was fresh. We also appreciated the presence of hand sanitizers throughout the hotel.

We felt privileged during our stay and had no reason to complain.

It is situated in a quiet side street near the charming Dickensian Bedford square, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is extremely helpful and provides excellent service. The breakfast selection is extensive, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel has a very modern restaurant and offers amenities such as complimentary birthday drinks and thoughtful surprises for special occasions.

The hotel experienced some issues with their app, which caused delays in delivering room service requests.

Our room was recently refurbished and had a fresh and modern appearance. The staff, especially Laura at reception, were universally friendly and welcoming. We were even upgraded to a quality room. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel's location was central. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient location for Covent Garden, Oxford Street, and Leicester Square. Great breakfast brought to the room. Spacious room with nice views. Fantastic staff, from the night manager to the restaurant servers and Chef Frank. Clean and tidy guest bathrooms on the main floor.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city, with excellent transport links just a short walk away. We loved everything about our stay, from the comfortable and clean room to the great atmosphere in the restaurant. The staff provided superb service and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel had a nice view overlooking the surrounding area, giving us a pleasant glimpse of the cityscape.

Had an awesome city break with my partner. the hotel had a perfect location close to main attractions and landmarks. We were able to easily discover the city by foot and the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available. What made it even better was the excellent service and friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in our room upon arrival.

Honestly, we had a hard time finding fault with the hotel. the only downside was the amount of plastic used, such as individually wrapped sugar cubes and plastic water bottles in the room.
