The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to a train station and all possible nearby shops. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing extra facilities like microwaves and fridges in some rooms. The heating in the rooms is good and there are tissue cupboards available. The location is excellent, just a few meters away from the town center and train station.

One of the windows in our room had a slight gap in the fitting, which resulted in more street noise than expected. the kettle lead was not long enough to plug it in and set it on the surface, requiring us to use our luggage as a makeshift stand.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the train station just a stone's throw away. It is also conveniently situated in the city center, making it easy to access a variety of eating places and entertainment options. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay for guests.

There seems to be an issue with the kitchen located in the basement, as it causes an unpleasant smell to permeate the walkway and reception area. This can be quite off-putting for guests.

loved my stay in ilford, and wellesley made it even better. amazing location, just a short walk to the town center and train station. the staff was helpful and friendly, especially the female receptionist. she fixed the tv and even brought me coffee and tea to my room. overall, clean, renovated hotel with comfortable beds and warm rooms.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Ilford, I was pleasantly surprised by the seamless and friendly check-in process. The location of the hotel was brilliant, just a short walk away from the train station. The ensuite bathroom had an excellent shower with warm water, and the bedsheets and towels were clean. Additionally, the owner was lovely and attentive to our needs, quickly fixing the TV for us when it wasn't working. The room itself was a good size, and it was convenient to have a fridge and a TV in the room. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.
