The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the pier and shops. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The service provided by the friendly staff was excellent, and the breakfast had a good variety of choices. We also enjoyed the fantastic views from our room. The hotel had all the facilities we needed for a pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean room at West Rocks Townhouse. The sea view from my window was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and the breakfast, cooked to order, was delicious with a good choice of cereals, juices, and fresh fruit salad. I'll recommend this hotel for its value for money.

I got great value for my money at the West Rocks Townhouse. The room was recently refurbished and had a lovely sea view, with comfy beds and daily linen changes. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect and the hotel had easy parking with affordable permits.

This hotel is a gem! It offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, within 10 minutes' walk of the town centre and right on the beach. You can even enjoy the iconic bandstand just a stone's throw away. The staff are friendly and provide great service, and the basic amenities are all provided in the partly refurbished rooms. I loved how the TV was positioned for comfortable viewing from the bed, and the view from the room was simply fantastic. Plus, the breakfast had gluten-free options available and included tea and coffee.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is fantastic. It's right on the seafront, just a stone's throw away from the iconic band stand. Plus, there was cheap parking right outside, which was very convenient. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Lastly, the rooms had a lovely view. I had a room with a window right in front of the bed, so I could wake up to a beautiful seaside view.

Great value for money with spacious and clean rooms and friendly staff. The location was very convenient for my business meetings and being close to the sea was a bonus. the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room.

The noise level was quite high, negatively impacting my sleep quality at night. finding a parking space near the hotel was challenging.
