The location was perfect for our funeral in the area, as it was in the centre and close to the local pub for post-service gathering. Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful en suite bathroom. The service was attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The view from our window overlooked the garden, adding to the serene atmosphere. This place had all the facilities and room advantages we needed for a comfortable stay.

The hosts, Stuart and Kathryn, were extremely welcoming and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious, setting us up for the day ahead. The view from the hotel was stunning, overlooking the coast and surrounded by the beauty of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The difficulty in getting reliable internet coverage in some areas of the hotel.

The room itself was beautifully furnished and had all the necessary amenities like an ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. our stay at this venue was truly delightful.

We loved the spacious and luxurious rooms, complete with generous toiletries and a choice of exclusive teas. The dinner was superb, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside. The hosts, Stuart and Kathryn, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They even helped send us back an item we left behind. We will definitely be returning!

The location was perfect for us, as it was close to Alston and Nenthead, where other members of our family were staying, and provided great opportunities for walking. Had a great weekend away with my partner at a lovely countryside hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, and a delicious cooked breakfast with local sausages. The room was comfy and had everything we needed including fresh water and snacks. The location was great, easy to reach and surrounded by beautiful countryside that we could see from our window.

The internet connection, which was a bit slow and spotty. We had some trouble trying to connect our devices, but it was a minor issue as we spent most of our time exploring the local area.
