We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. Our room was not only super comfy but also had quality soft furnishings and a huge bed. We loved enjoying drinks outside on the patio area, which was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the local area, and we were fascinated by the pond on arrival. The included breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was excellent. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, and location made our stay memorable.

Everything is what we need and want.

The location was perfect, just off the M6, making it convenient to visit friends and relatives without any parking problems. The proximity to Hadrian's Wall was also a bonus, allowing for easy exploration of this historical site. the bar prices were surprisingly affordable, especially compared to city center locations.

We also had the pleasure of dining in their lovely garden, where we were served delicious food by attentive staff. All in all, a wonderful experience at Willowbeck Lodge.

I recently stayed at a charming lodge situated in a beautiful garden complete with a serene brook and weeping willows. The contemporary glass-fronted restaurant offered a delightful setting for enjoying a couple of drinks and relaxing. The modern and tastefully designed room with a massive comfy bed and a beautifully fitted bathroom made my stay extremely comfortable. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were fit for a king or queen.

The limited vegetarian options on the evening menu could be improved.

We had a delightful stay at a quiet gem in a convenient location. The whole building was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The views of the lake were simply breathtaking and created a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast options exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of choices. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our experience at Willowbeck Lodge was overall excellent.

The restaurant attached to the lodge was exceptional, serving delicious meals throughout the day. Although there were limited options for my partner's dietary restrictions, we were able to have takeout in our car, which worked out fine.

Had a wonderful bank holiday weekend stay at Willowbeck Lodge in the charming village of Scotby. The Oak room was spacious, with a luxurious corner bath and a very comfortable bed. The modern decor was stunning. The team, especially Andrew, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We enjoyed dining at Fini's Kitchen, the food was superb and the atmosphere was romantic. A truly relaxing and personal experience.

The location of the hotel was ideal for my business trip, as it was close to the A69 and the M6, making it easy to travel around. the room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with all the modern amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable king-size bed and the beautiful furnishings. Another great aspect was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay.

That my room had sliding doors that led directly onto a small terrace and the carpark. I had to keep the curtains closed all the time for privacy, which was a bit inconvenient.
