This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding, with affordable prices for such a beautiful location. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable, from the clean and well-maintained rooms to the basic amenities provided. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Lastly, the location of the hotel right outside the bus stop for hikes in the valley with incredible views was a major highlight.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful mountain retreat. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The views from the grounds were absolutely breathtaking, and I enjoyed spending evenings on the porch with a glass of wine and the fire pit burning. The pod I stayed in was cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect sanctuary after a long day of hillwalking. The kitchen facilities were great for self-catering, and the continental breakfast in the morning was a great value. The showers had strong pressure and the duvets on the beds were thick and comfy.

The warm and cosy rooms offer comfortable accommodation, and the shared kitchen facilities are great for self-catering. The property also provides a shed for bikes, making it ideal for cyclists. The beautiful surrounding scenery provides the backdrop for enjoyable walks. The highlight was the attentive and kind staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The lady even noticed I was hungry after a long day of cycling and surprised me with an extra plate of chips, refusing to accept payment. The library filled with books on Wales and natural history was a lovely bonus. Plus, the absence of wifi was refreshing, allowing for a truly relaxing break. The property even had a special fire to keep everyone warm.

Lack of local information and cozy seating.

Perfectly placed for hiking adventures, with easy access to Storey Arms and Pen y Fan. the staff were fantastic, showing a genuine interest in our day and going out of their way to enhance our experience. the common room was cozy, with a wood-burning stove creating a warm atmosphere.

The food was delicious, but there were some issues with undercooked sausages. Parking was limited, and the glamping pod had flaws like no window nets, making our stay uncomfortable.
