The staff at Citadel Inn Gastro Boutique went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They helped me with letter delivery, currency exchange, and even called a taxi for me. The historic building and grand appointments added to the charm and tranquility of the hotel. The top-notch restaurants and free breakfasts were a delightful culinary experience. Despite some minor drawbacks, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel. I had a great stay at Citadel Inn Gastro Boutique.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and thick walls that provide a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the front desk to the restaurant. The breakfast is outstanding, with a variety of delicious options served in a stylish and artistic manner. The hotel also offers facilities such as a spa and private car parking.

The sauna facilities are basic and may not meet everyone's expectations.

The hotel had a nice view from the windows and was clean. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel was located close to a variety of tourist attractions and restaurants.

The room was too small and uncomfortable. the bed was hard and we couldn't sleep properly.

From the exclusive amenities to the excellent service, I felt pampered throughout my stay. the Spa & wellness center was a highlight, especially the full body massage. the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with special diet menus and the bar/lounge area was a great spot for a drink. the private facilities were comfortable and offered garden views. the location was fantastic, within walking distance to the attractions of the old town.

The only minor issue was the button for flush at toilet, which seemed to be worn out. It's not a major problem, but it did stand out given the hotel's attention to detail.
