The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to the funicular and surrounded by a great walking area with cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The views of the city and river from the 7th floor restaurant were stunning.

Spent my Thanksgiving here and it was a great experience! Really liked the complementary room upgrade and the free breakfast buffet. the hotel's location is perfect - a stone’s throw away from the metro station and near famous attractions. Room was comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the city.

Honestly, nothing to dislike. All aspects of the hotel exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is located in a prime spot, right next to the funicular which takes you to the ornate St Andrew's church. It is also situated in the Podol area by the river, offering a scenic and picturesque view. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located in the breathtaking square by St Michael's church up above. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-stocked mini-bars. The bathroom is excellent, with both a bath and a separate shower option. The service is top-notch, with efficient and welcoming front desk staff. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

There was some confusion and lack of professionalism at the reception, resulting in a delay and potential inconvenience for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Riviera House. the hotel is conveniently located in a beautiful part of the city, within walking distance of historical areas and great restaurants and cafes. the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, and Ms. Liza in particular provided exceptional care during our stay. the hotel has a modern interior with classic details, like elegant telephones in the rooms. We also enjoyed delicious food and fantastic room service. we were very impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it.

Luxurious and Exclusive Amenities Staying at this hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs. the room was equipped with exclusive amenities, including a private balcony that had a stunning view. the service was exceptional, making me feel pampered and well taken care of. the Spa & Wellness centre was an amazing way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were both elegant and served delicious food and drinks.

Minor Issue Despite all the great features of this hotel, there was one minor issue I experienced. the front desk staff could have been more courteous and friendly.
