My recent stay in Kiev was fantastic. I was there for a short city visit and wanted to be in the heart of the action. The hotel's location overlooking Independence Square was perfect, with its rich history right on my doorstep. The rooms may be basic, but they were comfortable and had everything I needed. The breakfast had a great selection of delicious food, and I loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting me with ordering taxis. To top it off, I was pleasantly surprised by a fruit basket and wine in my room.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, overlooking Independence Square and only minutes' walk from the main streets and the metro. The service room service, bell staff/porter, housekeeping, and laundry were top-notch. The room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar made our stay even more comfortable. The sitting area with an armchair and dining table was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the restaurant's buffet was delicious. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

That some staff members were not friendly and didn't provide much information in advance. However, this was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall experience at the hotel.

The style of the hotel is a mix of dramatic marble and a 40s, 50s ambiance, creating a unique and classy atmosphere. The standard rooms are well-appointed and the beds are comfortable. The bar service is friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes.

Great room view on the 11th floor facing Maidan. Superb central location surrounded by lovely restaurants and attractions. Cool Soviet-style decor with polished marble and intriguing curtains. No evidence of listening devices. Clean rooms with no unpleasant odors.

One downside of the hotel was the elevator system. It was quite confusing and inefficient, with each elevator operating independently.

The staff was very helpful and organized a packed breakfast for us when we had to leave early for a tour. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring all the top attractions. You can walk to almost everything or grab a taxi just outside. The breakfast is exceptional, with plenty of choices for all. The rooms are cozy and the beds are so comfortable. You'll especially love the friendly and helpful staff. The hallways are kept clean and fresh, and the shower is hot and strong.
