The hotel had a clean and modern atmosphere, which we really appreciated during our romantic escape. the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making sure we were comfortable. the location was ideal, being just a 5-minute walk from the metro station that took us to Harvard Square in just 30 minutes. This made exploring the city very convenient.

Moreover, the hotel's proximity to restaurants and supermarkets made it convenient for me to grab a bite or stock up on essentials. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the room and facilities being well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, providing a good start to the day.

We love the location of this hotel, right next to the subway, which makes traveling to Boston a breeze! In less than 30 minutes, we're in the city center! The comfortable room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The breakfast was substantial, and the staff was attentive and helpful.

It was a shame that the swimming pool was not in use during our stay.

The housekeeping service was lacking, with the room only being cleaned once during our 5-night stay. the supply of toiletries in the room was inadequate for multiple guests, and despite multiple requests, it took days for the reinforcement to arrive.
