Location was inconvenient as everything required a drive. Rooms were mediocre for the price paid.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of Haulover beach and the passing boats. The staff, including Rosemary, Josh, Dane, Yosell, Ray. The rooms and bathrooms were wonderful, with great views. The beach was well-kept and had plenty of chairs to relax on. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and the pool and main restaurants had great food. this hotel was perfect for a beach vacation, with its clean facilities and convenient location.

Had a fantastic Christmas vacation at a luxury hotel with beach access. the semi-private beach, surrounded by police cars and public safety aids, felt like a private oasis. the outdoor pool was amazing, with warm water and abundant umbrellas and towels. the staff, especially Daniel, Monike, Ziggy, and Y. the suite had spacious balconies with breathtaking views and was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and classy furniture. the master bath was a luxurious haven. the local area was beautiful and walkable, offering a range of dining options.

The beach service could have been more efficient, as there was quite a bit of seaweed and the water wasn't very clean. the initial encounter at the front desk could have been more welcoming, as the agent lacked a smile.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was convenient, and transportation options were easily accessible. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. The staff were friendly, professional, and always available to assist us. Special shoutout to Dean, Front Desk Manager, and his team who provided excellent service. We also loved the cabanas with TVs, where we could relax and catch our favorite shows and sports. The breakfast was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was stunning, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the Haulover inlet. The soaking tub was a perfect way to unwind, and the balcony provided a fantastic vantage point for catching both the sunrise and sunset. The complimentary bike ride was a delightful activity, and I also enjoyed spending time at the beach, which was well-kept and gorgeous. The staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, and made sure I felt right at home. I will definitely be returning for another wonderful stay.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel in Miami Beach and it was truly a great experience. The suite was lovely with a stunning view and even a panoramic view from the bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the best area of Miami Beach with easy access to the pool and beach. The hotel staff were all friendly and professional, making me feel right at home. It was definitely the best place for a relaxing getaway and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic rooms, comfortable and with beautiful views. The staff is very accommodating and the location is stunning.

The rooms were beautifully furnished with quality furnishings and had a lot of space. the view of the inlet into Biscayne Bay was nice and there was a lot of boat traffic to watch. the staff was friendly, helpful, efficient, and thoughtful. They were quick to bring requested items and always had a smile. the pool was not crowded and reserving a private cabana with a hot tub was definitely worth it. Additionally, the property was located close to the Bal Harbour shops, which was very convenient for shopping.

The causeway over the inlet was very loud with traffic at all hours, which was quite bothersome. It was disappointing to experience a bait and switch in room type, as we had reserved an oceanfront suite but were assigned an ocean view suite instead.
