Convenient downtown location, easy walk to attractions. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the rooftop bar and tasty breakfast. Would happily return for another visit.

We loved the convenient location within walking distance of downtown attractions and the lively bars on Beale Street. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the rooftop lounge with its great views, comfortable seating, and BBQ grills. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Not to mention how close we were to everything else in this city.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The rooftop bar was a highlight, especially enjoying the sunset over the river. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to dining, entertainment, and the FedEx Forum. The breakfast offered in the small kitchen was always enjoyable, with plenty of food and coffee. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, particularly Edna and Trish.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, right next to the historical trolley and within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well updated, and had an awesome view. Plus, having breakfast included was a great perk.

We got a great value for our money with a stunning art deco hotel in a prime location near Beale St. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we loved the homely feel. Plus, the rooftop bar and cocktails were a fantastic bonus.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly with the eggs being rubbery and the lack of bacon. But overall, a great stay!

The view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset overlooking the Mississippi River. The live guitar player added to the ambiance. The breakfast served in the immaculately kept dining area was delicious with plenty of options. The room itself, complete with a full kitchen and separate living area, felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay at Residence Inn Memphis Downtown and would highly recommend it. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had a lovely building with nice art deco touches. the breakfast offered a variety of options and was very satisfying. Plus, having cooking facilities in the room was handy for making coffee and popcorn.

There was freezing rain during our visit, but that's not the hotel's fault. Also, we were asked for ID at a bar and didn't have it, so we couldn't enjoy a drink.

Convenient location, lovely art deco touches, cooking facilities, good breakfast variety, pleasant and comfortable stay.

Nothing is perfect.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The level of service is excellent. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are spacious with lots of facilities. The rooftop offers great views and is a perfect place to relax.

Felt extremely safe, no complaints whatsoever.
