I recently stayed at Residence Inn downtown for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location couldn't be better, with Beale St. just a short walk away. The hotel staff was amazing, and we were even upgraded during our stay. The small kitchen in our room was a great feature, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast they provided. The evening meal was an unexpected treat, and we loved watching the sunset from the rooftop. Meeting the friendly general manager, Trish, made our stay extra special. We will definitely be choosing Residence Inn for future trips.

Excellent value for money, immaculately kept dining area with a good selection of breakfast items; staff was attentive, rooms well updated with awesome views; great location, close to all the downtown activities and just a short walk to restaurants or even Beale Street.

We loved the convenient location within walking distance of downtown attractions and the lively bars on Beale Street. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the rooftop lounge with its great views, comfortable seating, and BBQ grills. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Not to mention how close we were to everything else in this city.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities like a DVD player and board games. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I appreciated the helpfulness of the valet attendants and the convenience of the nearby shops. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

This hotel is in a fabulous location, right next to the historical trolley and within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well updated, and had an awesome view. Plus, having breakfast included was a great perk.

We got a great value for our money with a stunning art deco hotel in a prime location near Beale St. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we loved the homely feel. Plus, the rooftop bar and cocktails were a fantastic bonus.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly with the eggs being rubbery and the lack of bacon. But overall, a great stay!

The view from the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset overlooking the Mississippi River. The live guitar player added to the ambiance. The breakfast served in the immaculately kept dining area was delicious with plenty of options. The room itself, complete with a full kitchen and separate living area, felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay at Residence Inn Memphis Downtown and would highly recommend it. it was a fantastic experience.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had a lovely building with nice art deco touches. the breakfast offered a variety of options and was very satisfying. Plus, having cooking facilities in the room was handy for making coffee and popcorn.

There was freezing rain during our visit, but that's not the hotel's fault. Also, we were asked for ID at a bar and didn't have it, so we couldn't enjoy a drink.
