the check-in was a horrendous experience, taking 20 minutes with only one person working at the front desk. absoluteley unacceptible for a hotel of this stature. also, the breakfast options were cold and disappointing, not to mention i expected a warm welcome gift for my special stay, but alas, i just couldn’t see any special treatment. sad!

Decent option for getting around the area in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with excellent value for money. The rooftop bar and pool were fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring. Check the gym hours before your stay, as it was closed for an upgrade during my visit.

This place is stunning! The vibe is so chill, especially with live music during evenings. The spa services were a treat, especially since we got daily complimentary access. One thing to note is that the dining menu could use some more variety, it was the same throughout the week. Overall, a great spot for relaxation.

the only downside was the slow check-in process. but the breakfast was amazing, with the freshest omelette made to order, and the spa was beautifully tranquil, never overcrowded. the staff was super friendly and really attentive to our needs!
