The host was, like, super friendly and the place was so clean! We totally loved having a kitchen to whip up breakfast and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch for night in. The area seemed sketchy at first, but it turned out to be chill. Also, the air conditioning was, like, a lifesaver in that heat!

I stayed for 3 nights in a Twin Room with Private External Bathroom. It was very clean, and the host was responsive and friendly. There is a shared kitchen available, which I found convenient for making meals. The area has walkable streets with shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore. I felt safe returning late from NYC.

The Twin Room was small and not quite what I expected from the photos. Although the bathroom was shared, it could have been cleaner. However, having a kitchen was a plus for preparing meals. This place might work best for those looking for an affordable option, but sound insulation improvements could enhance comfort. Consider it for a brief stay or if you plan to spend more time outside.

We stayed for 3 nights in a Twin Room. The host was not just responsive, he was friendly too, which made us feel completely at ease. One night we came back late from NYC, around midnight, the area seemed sketchy at night but doing some research later showed us it’s one of the better spots in town. And the kitchen? Made cooking at home so easy, felt nice to save a few bucks on meals.

It wasn’t the least expensive, but considering the cleanliness and the host's service, we found it to be acceptable.
