Great downtown location, close to restaurants and entertainment, convenient for college tours and visiting friends. Good customer service, top-notch restaurant and bar, impressive art collection throughout the hotel.

Felt warm, but nothing to complain about.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect, right off the street and near many great restaurants and shops.

We loved the modern and chic room, with an absolute dream of a bed! The staff was exceptional, always friendly and professional. The hotel's location in downtown made it perfect for exploring key Durham highlights. We could walk to many restaurants and attractions right off the street. The cleanliness and facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was surprisingly delicious. It was all superb.

We stayed in a hotel close to great restaurants, within walking distance of the living area and our event. The room was well-designed and had some interesting pieces of art, but the bathroom was less than impressive. We didn't appreciate the water running all over the bathroom floor as it was quite slippery. The staff were okay, but nothing too special. Although there was an on-site restaurant, the food was high-end, and we preferred to eat at the nearby restaurant Bulldega.

The lighting in the room was not great as some of the light fixtures did not work.

The hotel's location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and close to the Durham Bulls stadium. The staff provided exceptional customer service, and the doorman was hospitable. The room had blackout capabilities for a restful sleep, and the art museum on-site was cool.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, with inspiring contemporary art throughout and a glass-topped exhibit with scraps of paper, giving it a unique and artistic touch. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing superior customer service. The breakfast was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour.

The hotel is conveniently located, right in downtown where everything is walkable, near the living area, and within walking distance of many restaurants.

There were a few aspects of our experience that we found disappointing. we were charged for an empty minibar, which seemed unnecessary.

The free shuttle service was an added bonus, making it even more convenient to explore the city.
