Clean room, but dated decor and noisy plumbing.

absolutely mediocre experience. First, I woke to the sound of someone trying to break into my room at 3am—why would a hotel not secure its doors? Secondly, the manager was rude when I requested a room cleaning. Finally, I expected a complimentary gesture for the trouble, but I guess that’s only for the favored guests.

Opt for a room away from the elevator to minimize disruptions from noise and door slamming, especially if you're a light sleeper.

I stayed for 5 nights in a King Room, Non-Smoking. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood was very nice. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast had a good selection. I would definitely return if I'm back in the area! 😊

Our stay was solid, spacious for family gatherings, and it was nice to unwind with my dad after some hiking nearby. The room was clean, and the friendly staff made it feel like home. Loved the comfy beds!

The pool was closed for maintenance, which was a real bummer because I was looking forward to a refresher after a long day. While the room was generally tidy, the bathroom could have used a thorough clean—especially the tub, which looked like it needed some TLC. Water pressure in the shower was a letdown, and I found myself waiting longer than expected for fresh towels during my stay.

Had a pleasant night in a clean, well-maintained King Room. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tiffany at the front desk. Breakfast offered great quality, a rare find these days. Remember to secure your door properly. a simple latch left slightly open can lead to a scare! Recommend it for great service and comfort.

The staff were super friendly. I can't forget how Lucy helped me the next morning, just really made my day. The shower had the best pressure, felt like a waterfall hitting me!

I stayed in a Queen Suite with two beds for 6 nights. The room was super clean, which was a big plus since I'm allergic to pets. The only downside was that there wasn’t much variety for breakfast, and I wish they had chicken or beef instead of just pork. Staff were nice, but my dietary requests felt ignored. Overall, comfy stay, just a few tweaks needed. Would stay again!
