Great value for the money with a new and modern hotel, clean and spacious rooms, and a fantastic view on the 8th floor. The staff was friendly, well-trained, and provided excellent customer service. The hotel's location next to Hilldale Mall, shops, and food options made it convenient and enjoyable.

One improvement would be to extend the breakfast hours until 10am on weekdays as well. The breakfast items were limited when I went down a few minutes after 9am, and it would have been nice to have more options available.

The decoration was beautiful and nicely arranged. the location was great - close to restaurants and shopping as well as easy access to highways. I enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and marshmallows in the lobby.

I went down at the stated time and the staff had already taken everything down and was distributing food to their coworkers instead. They offered no warning or apology, leaving me with no breakfast.

The free breakfast had plenty of options and quick service. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The coffee choice in the room could be improved, and the breakfast hours could be extended for vacationers who prefer to sleep in. The parking fee of $15 per night was a drawback.

This hotel is an excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, and for that, you get an amazing room that is very nice, modern, and comfortable. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with a spacious layout and many outlets, perfect for those who need to work. The staff are friendly and provide professional and courteous service. The location is also great, especially for those working at the university.

We loved having Target right across the street for any last-minute items, and there were plenty of dining options within walking distance. it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back!

The hotel had a modern and stylish decor, which was a pleasant surprise. the room was well-designed and had a great layout, with a TV that swiveled towards the bed or couch. They were helpful and provided a high level of customer service.

One drawback was the small water volume from the shower head, which was a little disappointing. Additionally, the location of the hotel was difficult to access and the entrance was hard to find.
