I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the hotel's cleanliness. The lobby was bright and welcoming, and I enjoyed the water bottle filling station—it was a nice touch!

However, the air conditioning's lights were too distracting at night, lighting up the room whenever I moved. Plus, finding the parking situation was a bit tricky, adding unnecessary stress.

my stay in dallas was great, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. the open lobby was inviting, and the buffet breakfast had some tasty options. the highlight was definitely the close proximity to kenny’s wood fired grill for dinner.

Clean and attractive rooms made for a pleasant stay, nicely located near shopping and dining venues. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth experience.

Parking setup was confusing, and common area carpets desperately need attention. Breakfast could use some enhancements for a better experience at its price point.

The King Room with Sofa Bed had a great look and feel, clean and comfy, offering a nice vibe that made unwinding a breeze after a long day. The wireless internet worked well, letting me handle work without a hitch.

However, the billing situation was a real mess. multiple guests reported being charged incorrectly, which really put a damper on the stay. Parking was also a bit of a hassle—some were charged without even using the facility. On top of that, the carpets in common areas could use a serious refresh. they definitely looked worn and in need of attention.

After a long day of meetings, I enjoyed unwinding at the lounge, where I tried a gin & tonic made with local craft spirits. The selection of European wines was impressive. The breakfast each morning fueled me with a nice variety, including fresh pastries and prosciutto. I appreciated the fitness center after indulging. The wireless internet allowed me to finish up some work comfortably. This stay offered all I needed for business and relaxation.

Location was great, just across the street from the Galleria Mall. I loved the modern amenities, and the on-site dining options were convenient and delicious! Overall, a solid experience that I’d recommend.
