During my recent stay at Hampton Inn, I had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The beds were incredibly cozy and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel rooms were also immaculately clean, making me feel right at home. The staff members were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a slow drain in the sink and a broken towel holder, the overall experience was still very enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

During our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites, we were impressed by the excellent staff and accommodations. We also appreciated the hot breakfast that was included, as well as the complimentary women's hygiene products available in the lobby bathroom. During my recent business trip, I had a fantastic stay at a hotel near a popular shopping and dining area. the room was clean and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the breakfast provided was exceptional, with a wide variety of options available and a dedicated staff member ensuring everything was fresh and replenished. Additionally, the location was great, as it was only a short ride away from downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city.

I was disappointed with the lack of attention to detail from the front desk staff. the coffee and hot water station was frequently empty during my stay, and there was only decaf coffee available in the rooms on one particular night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The East Montgomery area is filled with amenities like Target and Costco, perfect for vegetarians and vegans. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of tasty options for us. The staff, especially Alexis and Quint, were cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. Miss Mona and her crew at the breakfast service provided a warm and friendly atmosphere to start our day. The room was clean and smelled great. We even enjoyed some delicious cookies in the evening!

They provided a dedicated space for evacuees with games, snacks, and entertainment for the kids, and even extended their warm welcome by offering extra water. The staff's sensitivity to our plight was exceptional, and their kindness made a difficult time a little bit easier. I highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service and genuine care for their guests.

The hotel had a nice lobby with a cozy fireplace that was perfect for colder nights. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the staff was friendly and always greeted us with a smile.

I did notice that some of the hallway rugs were worn and the elevators needed to be cleaned. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room didn't work properly the first night.

I had a great stay at Hampton Inn! The rooms were spotless and I loved seeing the signed cards of the cleaning staff. The bathroom was stocked with mouthwash and a shoeshine kit, which was a nice touch.

My daughter loved the amazingly comfortable bed and we couldn't ask for a better location, with plenty of dining options nearby. I'll definitely be staying here again when I return to Montgomery.

I didn't eat breakfast, but the coffee was great. The view of the lake and sunsets was spectacular. The staff was customer-focused, always asking if we needed anything and making sure we had bottled water. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast area was clean with a great selection of fresh and hot food.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
