I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and close to everything I had planned. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was luxurious with all the amenities I needed, including a smart TV with Netflix and Hulu options. The shower was a huge plus for me and my wife, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt like I was staying at a 5-star hotel with the level of service and comfort provided. I will definitely be staying here every time I come to this city in the future!

I recently stayed at the AC Hotel in New Orleans for 5 nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect - close to the French Quarter and right on a convenient streetcar line. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a modern vibe. The staff was amazing, greeting us by name every day and making us feel like family. The bar had a great atmosphere and even featured a talented musician on Saturday afternoon. The European style breakfast buffet was delicious, with options like prosciutto and melon, and the quiche was a delightful start to our mornings. a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything but not too overwhelming. I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and it was excellent just what I needed. The location was awesome, so close to Bourbon Street, making this venue ideal for putting on a backpack and spending the day walking around or catching the trolley. The staff was friendly and helpful, available for what seemed like 48 hours straight. The service provided, such as dry cleaning and housekeeping, was top-notch. The room was very comfortable with great amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were convenient and offered delicious food options. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The AC Hotel by Marriott New Orleans French Quarter has a prime location near major attractions, and the room's sleek, modern design and amenities made my four trips to the room enjoyable. The wake-up service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TV ensured convenience and comfort, creating a pleasant stay.

The room did not have a view, and the 2 out of the 3 elevators were out of order during my stay. This did cause some inconvenience, although the issue was promptly addressed by the hotel staff.

The hotel's interior design truly reflects the "newfangled" style, which added a touch of modernity and sophistication to my stay. The lobby and common areas were perfect for socializing, with comfortable seating that made me feel right at home. , the hotel's accessibility for senior people was remarkable, with well-maintained elevators and clear signage throughout the premises making it easy for me to navigate and enjoy my time at the hotel.

The only thing I would ask for to enhance the vacation experience for senior people is a quieter environment, especially during nighttime, to ensure a peaceful and restful stay for the older guests like me.

This hotel is located in the perfect area for what we had planned in Downtown. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they met every basic amenity we needed. Our room was very comfortable with an outstanding shower and very comfy bed. As Platinum members, we also received complimentary bottled water. Breakfast was included and we were delighted to find croissants from France, which were delicious for the amount paid.

I was able to easily explore the surrounding area on foot and everything I wanted to see and do was just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and made sure that all of my needs were met. They were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The rooms were well-appointed with all the basic amenities I needed and were kept clean and tidy. I also loved the view from my room, which added an extra element of enjoyment to my stay. In the morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast with fresh croissants imported from France. All of this, for the price I paid, was exceptional value for money.
