We were impressed with the hotel's excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Our room wasn't initially available due to a maintenance issue, but the hotel quickly sent us to a lovely nearby hotel for the night and provided us with an upgrade to a luxurious penthouse suite the next day. The location, breakfast, and bar were also fantastic. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel situated in a serene neighbourhood, close enough to downtown attractions and yet peaceful. The room we had was cozy and comfortable, with little touches like port and truffles at turn-down, and coffee in the reading nooks that made us feel at home. We enjoyed a southern charm and the staff was always helpful. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The views of the river were breathtaking, and it was lovely to take long walks along the river.

We absolutely loved our recent stay at River Inn Of Harbor Town. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel special. We enjoyed the convenience of having great restaurants, a market, and other businesses just steps away. The Terrace bar had a fabulous view and served delicious drinks. We also loved the library on our floor and the peaceful strolls we could take along the river. it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to return!

Elegant and spacious rooms with really good blackout curtains and comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was lovely, right by the river, with a park nearby for walking, jogging, and picnicking. It was also a short and easy drive to downtown and other neighborhoods.

The hotel lacked in-room coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast service was also a bit inconsistent, with limited choices and sometimes slow service.
