I recently stayed at Acqualina Resort for a week-long vacation and had an amazing time. The pools were fantastic and the pool staff was incredibly helpful. I loved the fact that there were staff members available to assist you at both the pool and beach. The overall service from the staff exceeded all my expectations. Jeremy, Eugene, Franco, Luis, Carlos. The food at Mulino, Ke-Uh, and Costa was outstanding, and the beach service was top-notch. The attention to detail in our room was impressive, and the location of the hotel was quiet and calm.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and helped save on food expenses. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Lastly, I enjoyed the pool area, which had a nice atmosphere and was well-maintained.

There were some aspects of my stay that fell short. the cost of the hotel and any additional expenses added up quickly, making it difficult to enjoy the amenities without feeling like I was constantly spending money.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location right in front of the beach was perfect for us, as we could relax and enjoy the tranquil expansive beach. We loved falling asleep by the sound of the ocean every night. The staff was extremely attentive and made us feel like royalty. The breakfast provided was excellent and left us craving for more.

Excellent service, top-notch facilities, genuinely helpful staff. Found a pill in the room but management promptly addressed it. Some minor issues with parking and valet service. Great waitstaff at restaurants, not all hotel staff were as pleasant. Nearby construction noise was a drawback for relaxation.

I recently had the most amazing Easter getaway at a beachfront hotel in Sunny Isles Beach. the first thing that caught my attention was the luxurious ambiance, with high-end cars in the parking lot. the staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They even recommended some fantastic restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We also loved that the hotel provided chairs and umbrellas on the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand. One of the highlights for us was the special event they organized, where a man brought exotic animals for everyone to see. It was truly a five-star experience, and we couldn't have asked for more.

I must mention a couple of downsides during our stay. There was some major construction going on at the hotel, which unfortunately affected our visit to the spa.
