the breakfast was mediocre, and let's not even start on the beds, which felt like sinking into a marshmallow. I woudl ve been happy with an upgrade or some complimentary gesture for all these inconveniences but, alas, apparently even requests like that are too much to ask. I almost considered a good review but just couldn’t.

Consider trying the buffet breakfast on weekdays instead of weekends for better service and less crowd. The gym has decent facilities for a good workout.

i had a fantastic stay at this resort, especially after a less satisfying experience at a previous location in sunny isles beach. the attentive staff made every meal memorable, and the breathtaking oceanfront views from my room were just amazing. their pools are beautiful, and i loved how you have staff to set you up at the beach.

Oh, those homemade rolls at the beachfront restaurant were heavenly! Add in the attentive staff who anticipated our every need, and you get a week that felt like a fairytale. Plus, the suite upgrade for our anniversary made it even more special.

While we found the Surf Club's ambiance appealing, the overpriced, basic food was a letdown.

The beachfront dining was delightful, catering perfectly to our kids. I loved the room upgrade, and the beach service was seamless. This trip truly embraced relaxation and comfort.
