I recently stayed at Aloft for a business trip and it was fantastic. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. They even gave me one of the best rooms in the hotel, on the top floor and in a corner unit. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. I loved that they had a free shuttle service, which made it easy to get around the area. The hotel is also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for me. The proximity to Arundel Mills, the casino, and lots of restaurants was very convenient. a great stay.

The hotel had a stylish and modern decor, giving a lively atmosphere. the friendly staff provided excellent customer service, making our stay enjoyable. the comfortable king size bed ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel's key location, only a short distance from the mall, restaurants, and entertainment centers, made it convenient for us to explore and have fun. Additionally, we appreciated the fact that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend along on our romantic escape.

There were several aspects that dampened our experience. the room could have been cleaner, as we found hair in the shower drain and on the floor near the sink.

The location was perfect, away from the main traffic flow but still conveniently close to BWI airport. Everything I needed was within a 2-minute drive or a short walk to the shopping plaza. I recently stayed at Aloft for a weekend getaway and had a great experience. The location is fantastic, with beautiful views from the 3rd floor. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms at the hotel. As we were in the middle of a move, we needed the extra room, and it was much appreciated. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, being close to the airport and other attractions. Another advantage we enjoyed was the cleanliness of the bathroom, except for one minor issue with the lighting.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. the housekeeping consistently came late in the afternoon, which made it difficult for us to take breaks during the day with our young children.
