I got great value for my money at Aloft in River North. The room was modern and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, stores, and the metro station. The staff was exceptional, especially Kenneth at reception, who made us feel welcome and taken care of.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We had a hiccup with our room, but the staff, Kelly and Jacob, were so friendly and took care of it immediately. They even gave us coupons for breakfast at the incredible restaurant in the hotel, Beatrix. The room was small, but the best use of space I've seen in a hotel. Every amenity we needed was neatly tucked away. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked well. The customer service at this Aloft is top-notch! We will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Chicago.
