The hotel’s location is fantastic! You’re within walking distance of the riverwalk and tons of great eateries. Plus, Beatrix restaurant attached serves delicious food. Room was comfy and spacious, equipped with a mini-fridge, perfect for snacks!

However, the noise from the street at night was pretty distracting. There was this constant hum that made it hard to sleep. Also, I had a bit of trouble with valet service. it seemed a bit disorganized during busy times.

During my stay, we encountered several issues with the valet parking service which was incredibly frustrating. Only one elevator was functional for most of our visit, leading to long waits, and our room faced an alley that was quite uninviting. To top it off, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as it was never cleaned once throughout our stay, and I was forced to consistently ask for basic necessities like towels.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to great eateries and attractions nearby. The staff were welcoming and made us feel special, especially a kind note left for us by one of them. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a young holiday goer like me.

absoluteley disapointed with my stay. the a/c made it sound like someone was constantly knocking, very distracting. i also suffered with dirty carpets and dusty tables. not to mention, i expected a warm welcome gift to feel special, but no such luck. i almost thought of a good review, but just couldn’t.

Sweet as location, heaps of eateries and nightlife nearby! Overall, good vibes!

Great attention to detail from housekeeping made our stay feel extra special. The staff’s friendliness really stood out, enhancing the welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the location couldn't be better for exploring the amazing sights of downtown!

Had a wonderful night in a stylish room complete with a huge flat-screen TV and comfy bed that made it hard to get up. I totally enjoyed unwinding at the outdoor terrace and playing pool in the lounge. Just a heads up, breakfast was a bit slow, so maybe grab something else if you're in a rush! 😊

The staff was awesome, super welcoming. My room was cozy with a comfy bed and cool views. The rooftop terrace is a must-visit. perfect for chilling out after a busy day. Def enjoyed the bar area too, great vibe!

the king room was smal and dark, not what I expected. the restaurant staff ignored us.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, the bar/lounge area, and the fitness center. On my first stay, the staff kindly printed my tickets. I recommend checking out the billiard tables for fun! I'll be back for another city trip.
