Dining options were limited and reservations were necessary. In, room dining was not tasty and had high charges and delivery fees.

This hotel is one of my absolute favorites anywhere in the world. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and accommodating in every way. The atmosphere offers elegance and style in a very comfortable way. Pricing is usually a good value. Great location to shopping and restaurants. Hotel car is a nice amenity to have. Sunday brunch was delicious and we had a great view of the lake. The concierge was extremely helpful.

The Park King room at the hotel was spacious and had a wonderful window seat. The bathtub was large enough for more than 2 people and opened to the room, adding a touch of luxury. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was located just steps away from Michigan Ave, making it easy to explore the city.

I stayed at Park Hyatt for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was perfect, with thoughtful amenities and a comfortable bed that I didn't want to leave. The location was ideal, just steps away from Michigan Ave and a 24-hour Walgreens. The hotel also had a lovely lounge and an awesome fitness center. I can't wait to come back!

Great central location in the heart of the shopping and tourist district, just steps away from Michigan Avenue and the Hancock Building with its breathtaking views. the atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and boutique-like, making it feel like a high-end hotel despite its smaller size. the design and cleanliness of the rooms are commendable, with a nice touch of having a connecting bathroom/tub to make the rooms feel more spacious.

Some staff members seemed hard to find, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. the rooms are starting to show their age and could benefit from a refurbishment in the near future to bring them up to date.

The room was luxurious and quiet, with a wonderful bathtub, remote-controlled darkening shades, and a comfortable king-size bed. The workout room was excellent. The location was perfect for walking to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

I had the best stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach on Lake Michigan and right on the Magnificent Mile. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious, and the view in the morning was truly spectacular.

As a seasoned traveler, I have stayed in numerous luxury hotels around the world, and Park Hyatt Chicago is truly top-notch. Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay in the spacious Park Suite, which served as our perfect gathering space before and after our daily activities. The master bath was incredible, complete with a separate shower and tub, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel's location was unbeatable, with convenient access to the Red Line, Michigan Avenue, and the vibrant bars, restaurants, and boutiques of Rush/State. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

We felt like royalty, with staff making our kids feel extra special by bringing them cookies and providing robes after swimming. The friendly and helpful employees truly made our stay memorable. we highly recommend this hotel.
