I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the Dover restaurant area was perfect - it's such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The staff treated me with ultimate hospitality, making sure everything was precise from check-in to check-out. The room amenities were top-notch, with tea and coffee facilities, a turndown service, and even an in-room safe. The flat-screen TV was awesome, and the bed was super comfortable. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great, with delicious food and exceptional service. The staff even made a reservation for me right on time. I also loved the leisure facilities, especially the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Plus, the on-site car park and 24-hour reception made everything so convenient. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

We had a great stay at Renaissance. The luxurious bath and excellent bed setup made our weekend stay even better. The Sunday morning buffet was amazing with its omelet station and flavorful coffee. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Free breakfast and good customer service were the best aspects of our stay. The spread was delicious, and it was a nice surprise to get some free snacks and drinks, too. The hotel was also just a few minutes' walk from a great shopping district and a lively park, which was incredibly convenient.

The room left a lot to be desired. The carpets had seen better days and were stained beyond repair. The bathroom was old and rusty, and the sink refused to drain. There was also no microwave in the room, which was a huge inconvenience since we couldn't heat up any leftovers or make popcorn to snack on while watching TV. Finally, we were woken up several times in the night due to the slamming doors of neighboring rooms, which was incredibly frustrating.
