I had an amazing time at this modern hi-tech hotel in downtown. The rooftop pool was fantastic, and I loved the electric curtains and rain shower in the room. The staff, especially Ivan in customer service, were incredibly helpful. Ivan went above and beyond to personally post our passports to us when we left them in the room safe. A real hero!

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, which was great for the event we attended. We particularly enjoyed the meals in The Scout restaurant, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, including a huge bathroom.

All in all, our stay was fantastic, and we have no major complaints.

The only downside was the noise level on weekends due to the rooftop bar turning into a busy dance club. The line of people waiting to go up sometimes caused a bit of congestion in the lobby. Additionally, there was an incident where the hotel had to be evacuated due to someone smoking weed in the fire escape stairwell late at night. This gave the hotel a more party-like atmosphere than we expected.

The swimming pool was fantastic, it was heated and kept clean. We truly enjoyed lounging here and soaking up the sun. The night club added an element of entertainment and the sun terrace was perfect for watching the sunset. We were delighted with the no-smoking rule here. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great experience.

The easter egg hunt was a lot of fun for the kids. They gave them complementary chocolate bunnies and painted some eggs. Plus, the hotel is only a block away from several restaurants and stores which made it easy to get everything we needed without having to drive. Also, the beds were really comfortable and we slept well.

But, overall, our experience was really disappointing. The hotel seemed understaffed, with only a few people working who seemed overworked and harried. The room wasn't clean when we arrived and we had to wait for a long time for it to be cleaned, while the kids were getting restless. Plus, the food in the hotel restaurant was really pricy and not very good, which was too bad because we were hoping to have a nice Easter brunch there.
