We had an incredible romantic escape at this hotel in Columbus. the first thing we loved was the comfortable and well-maintained rooms. They were spacious, clean, and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. the layout was perfect for a couple, providing both privacy and a comfortable living space.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. we noticed some minor maintenance issues in our room, such as a wobbly faucet in the bathtub.

The rooms were large and comfortable with plush beds and pillows. The lobby had great sitting areas and a media area with large screen monitors. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff went above and beyond.

My family and I recently stayed at Hyatt Place for a much-needed break. The housekeeper, Tenika, greeted us with a warm southern welcome and made sure our stay was comfortable during our evacuation from Hurricane Ida. The night auditor and maintenance man were also amazing, ensuring everything was perfect, even while swimming in the pool. it was a great experience and we will definitely book again in the future.
